Interview: Karen's Custom-Made Wedding Gown

Last week, we featured the beautiful wedding of my friends Karen and Boris. What I didn't explain was that Karen had a custom-made wedding gown... as in, from scratch! Since she is the only bride I've ever worked with who went the custom route, I knew I had to ask her to share a bit about her experience with Dame Couture!

Even when there used to only be 5 nominees, I don’t think we ever saw more than 2 films off the Best Picture list, so it was quite a feat that we managed all 10.

White by Vera Wang at David’s Bridal

When I first heard a while back that Vera Wang was designing a line for David’s Bridal, I was skeptical. There’s something to be said for exclusivity, ya know?! She doesn’t need to be everywhere… Well, I can’t say for sure until I see these gowns in person, but they are looking mighty fine on my computer screen right now.
