As wedding planners, it’s our job to take care of the details so you don’t have to. We do more than make your day look pretty: we save you a great deal of time, effort (stress), and money.

Believe it or not, this isn’t our first time down the aisle.

When you work with Sweetchic Events, you benefit from our expertise, resources, and experience. Because we’ve been to the “big dance” before, we’re skilled choreographers. We know how to manage the complex details that make up your day.

We offer four wedding packages that can be customized to suit your planning needs. But we want to hear about your wedding and provide you with an exact, customized estimate. Don’t worry, calling won’t hurt you: our initial consultation is complimentary.

Once we hear about your vision, amount of assistance required, and how far along you are in the planning process, we’ll develop the perfect solution to meet your needs. We look forward to hearing from you!

the sweet

Wedding Day management is often described as “day-of coordination,” but with Sweetchic Events, it’s SO much more. When you book “The Sweet,” you’ll gain access to multiple planning tools, including our Favorite Vendors list. Also at your fingertips? Templates, spreadsheets and checklists that keep you organized and efficient as you plan your big day.

More than the planning tools, our Wedding Day Management service is designed to give you peace of mind. As planners, we know we can’t jump in last minute and successfully bring your vision to life, so we start early: two months in advance. Leading up to your day, we work through all the logistics. We finalize your itinerary, contact your vendors, oversee venue set-up, and provide all the email (and emotional) support you need.

From ceremony rehearsal until the last dance, Sweetchic will make sure your wedding day is seamlessly orchestrated. The only thing you need to worry about? Enjoying yourself.

Have an idea of what you want, but need help navigating the sea of options? Partial Planning is perfect for you. When you choose “The chic” service, you are running the show. Our role is to tie all your wedding elements together and bring your dream to reality.

Partial Planning includes budget allocation assistance, customized vendor recommendations, and our attendance at (limited) vendor meetings. In addition, we will meet with you one-on-one throughout your engagement period to discuss personalized details, style, décor, logistics and etiquette.

Full Service Planning is a balancing act, and at Sweetchic, we’re experts at walking a fine line. We know that you need two things from one planner. On one hand, a tough-as-nails expert who will effortlessly guide you through the logistical details (venue selection, vendor recommendations, meetings, negotiations, proposal and contract management). On the other hand, you need an emotional marshmallow: a trusted friend who will listen to you unload your ideas, hopes and dreams while helping you bring your day to life. With us, you get both.

Also included in Full Service Planning? Unlimited assistance with wedding day design, style, and personalization, plus all the other back-end logistical development you need. We’re your advisor on all things wedding, without forgetting this is your day and final decisions rest with you.

Full Service Planning makes the wedding process easier and gives you your time back. We’ll be working with you from several months before your event until you’re happily settled in your newlywed suite.

Put simply, Lavish Sweetchic is for the bride who wants it all.

This package includes everything in Full Service Planning as previously mentioned, as well as coordination of all events throughout your wedding weekend. Services include, but are not limited to: welcome bag assembly and delivery, rehearsal dinner coordination, and day-after brunch. In addition, we’ll take care of the little details that you don’t have the time (or desire) to do like addressing your wedding invitations or handling your RSVPs. We’ll also attend all necessary errands like vendor meetings and dress fittings to make sure you have the one-on-one attention you deserve.

With Lavish Sweetchic, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We’ll take care of all the details, and create a day that’s uniquely yours.
